Write On ® Handwriting Intensive Programme

Does your child have handwriting problems, would they benefit from a Handwriting Intensive Programme?

We see it all the time.  Children are struggling with handwriting, but the time and focus required to attend therapy, not to mention the cost, just makes it too much of a burden at times.

As a parent, you are not sure how to help.  You may have tried extra practice, using a pencil grip and a number of different techniques to help your child, but it is just not making any difference.  Your child is missing out on important learning opportunities because they can’t write properly!

Childworks may have the answer for you.  Your child can attend 6 intensive therapy sessions.  If you w
ant, these can occur during the school holidays.

If your child has untidy handwriting, if they tire easily, if they simply have no concept of letter formation, placement or sizing, then we can help.  We can help any child who can’t hold a pencil properly or simply hate handwriting.

Don’t waste time, get your child the help you need.  We can’t promise everything will be sorted after 6 sessions, but for many children, this is all they need.  If there is more to work on at the end of the 6 sessions, the therapist will make recommendations so that you will know exactly what to do and your child will be on the right track!
