Service Fees and Funding
Our occupational therapy services are charged at the NDIS hourly rate
The standard NDIS hourly rate is $193.99.
We offer lower rates ($86.79) for therapy sessions held with our highly skilled, dedicated and capable Allied Health Assistant Occupational Therapists.
Reports and other non face-to-face services associated with your child’s therapy are also charged at the hourly NDIS rate.
Referrals are not compulsory.
Funding systems we accept …
- NDIS, Medicare and private health funds
- Assessments and treatments can be claimed on private health insurance.
- Rebates are provided for certain health care funds, depending on your level of cover.
Cancellations
A minimum of 2 full business days’ notice is required for cancellations, except in cases of illness or genuine emergencies. (Conditions apply)
No-shows will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the full session fee.
